Paul Greenberg

Paul was the co-founder of, a pioneering online department store model that launched in 2004. Paul is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organisational and consumer psychology. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds numerous advisory positions in not for profit and commercial organisations.

Paul is Executive Chairman, founder and principal ambassador for NORA. He is responsible for New Retail advocacy, media/PR and government relations.

Marcella Larsen

Marcella Larsen

Marcy is the Retail Industry Market Development Executive for Microsoft Australia. Marcy is responsible for leading platform agnostic cloud and mobile Focused Growth Strategies in the industries of Retail, Travel, Hospitality and Consumer Goods. She oversees retail industry strategies, marketing, solution development, partner development, thought leadership and customer relations, ensuring the full extent of Microsoft’s industry visions and value propositions are realized locally. Marcy brings almost 22 years of deep customer, vertical technology, sales and marketing experience to this role.

Kate Morris

Kate Morris

Kate Morris is the CEO and Founder of Adore Beauty. A beauty junkie and eCommerce veteran, Kate had her inspiration to start Australia’s first online beauty store in 1999 at the age of 21. 15 years later, attracts millions of visitors per year, stocks over 8,000 products, and recently announced an investment from retail giant Woolworths Limited. Kate was awarded the Business Innovation Award for Victoria at the Telstra Business Women’s Awards in 2014, and was inducted into the Autralian Businesswomen’s Network Hall of Fame in 2015.

Carly Cazzolli

Carly Cazzolli

Carly Cazzolli is the Country Manager, Australia, at ASOS. Carly is an experienced manager and leader heading up eCommerce in organisations such as ASOS, RM Williams, and BUPA, as well as driving Digital Strategies for McArthurGlen Group and Tesco. Carly has a Masters in Marketing and Finance from the University of Western Australia as well as having studied at the Università di Bologna.

Mr Nathan Huppatz

Nathan is the co-founder of and Nathan began in online retail back in 1999 moving from corporate eCommerce to private business where he built Tacklemania in 2004 from a small eBay store to a multi-million online business that expanded to a physical retail presence and then was sold in 2010.

Mr Peter Mitchley-Hughes

Peter Mitchley-Hughes

Peter is the General Manager, Omni-Channel Transformation at Myer. Peter is a finance trained business executive with 19 years experience in blue chip organisations covering FMCG and retail. Through this experience, combined with Account­ing and MBA qualifications, Peter has developed a unique expertise in business transformation, opera­tional efficiency, organisational change and large scale program delivery.

Mr Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith

Andrew is the Director of Retail Operations for Telstra. Andrew leads the central support and operational strategy functions of Telstra’s retail business involving over 400 branded retail locations. Andrew’s key role is to sponsor and develop Telstra’s Future Retail Environment pro­gram and he holds Bachelor degrees in Technology, Aviation and Business Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
