Dean is the Co-Founder and CEO of GlamCorner – Australia's largest online designer fashion rental business. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance at the University of Sydney, Dean spent the first four years of his career as an investment banker – working in Sydney, London and New York. Dean and his wife Audrey founded GlamCorner in 2012 as they saw an opportunity to introduce the benefits of the Sharing Economy to the wardrobes of Australian women. The company has since raised over $1.3 million in funding from AirTree Ventures and now has over 40 employees.
Leonie is an experienced retail consultant in business processes with demonstrated expertise in project management and system implementation. Leonie has an extensive background in production and sourcing, working for significant Australian apparel operations, as well as over 10 years experience in wholesale /retail systems implementation and support, working on business process and systems improvements. Leonie has over 5 years as a lead consultant with 6r, her expertise is business process review. During this time Leonie has successfully project managed implementations of sourcing, procurement, merchandising and PLM systems and has worked in collaboration with internal stakeholders, technical consultants and software vendors. Leonie ensures smooth, timely and cost effective systems integration and extensive experience supporting and transferring skills in a variety of retail & wholesale specific software packages. Leonie is also a qualified trainer.
