Today’s commerce environment is incredibly challenging for brands and retailers. Keeping your edge on differentiation and loyalty is harder than ever, and competition is fierce. The entrance of Amazon alone will create big changes for the Australia market.

Staying ahead of your competition by keeping authentic personalized connections with your customers can mean the difference between a shopper purchasing your products, or heading to the competition.

During this webinar, you’ll learn practical ways to stay ahead of competition this year and you’ll learn more about:

1.     Key value drivers leading brands are prioritizing this year.

2.     How Cellarmasters is leveraging customer reviews to beat the competition.

3.     How much your online presence is impacting purchases, both in-store and online.

4.     It’s not all about Amazon — boost your owned properties for the best customer experience.

5.     5 ways to supercharge the shopping experience.
