Gareth has spent the last 20 years in senior sales, marketing and general management roles, including two years as CEO of a sporting goods retailer and seven years with Woolworths. He has authored four thought leadership research reports contributing to the development of digital innovation in retail. Gareth has also spent a number of years consulting to retailers and teaching retail at Sydney, Macquarie and Shanghai Jiao Tong Universities. He was recently found to be the seventh most influential person in Australian retail ecommerce in a Demandware research study.
Jodie is the CEO of the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA), the Institute for Analytics Professionals of Australia (IAPA), The Digital Industry Association of Australia (AIMIA) and Data Governance Australia (DGA). Her extensive experience in the fields of global data-driven marketing and advertising spans over 19 years and includes experience throughout the US, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Jodie also chairs the Global Alliance of Data-Driven Marketing Associations, GDMA, a consortium of 27 data-driven marketing associations around the world with a mandate to advance and champion responsible global marketing and advertising.
Scott is the CEO and Founder of Plexure. Scott has shaped his career around uncovering and amplifying customer-focused engagement solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands during his 25 years in the marketing, analytics and technology industries. His passion for cutting edge technology and the evolution of connected marketing was the inspiration behind Scott founding Plexure.
Andrew is the Director of Customer Experience Strategy & Design for Telstra. Andrew’s role is to implement Service Design thinking into Telstra’s culture, as well as design a customer experience strategy that delivers beautiful, simple and joyful customer experiences across all segments and channels. Andrew’s mantra is to enjoy agility and new thinking, and not tradition. He holds Bachelor degrees in Technology and Business Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
