Paul Greenberg is an entrepreneur, cheerleader of New Retail, and a top 50 online retail expert with over 35 years’ experience in retail, technology and entrepreneurship. He is also a registered psychologist with a keen interest in consumer psychology. Paul is highly regarded as the ‘pioneer of online retail in Australia’, having co-founded DealsDirect.com.au in 2004, which grew to become the single largest online retailer in Australia. After the business was sold to private equity, he went on to establish NORA, a leading not -for-profit retail association. As the founder and Executive Director of NORA, Paul is widely regarded as an industry expert known for his clarity of thought making him a much sought after speaker at industry events. He is passionate about uplifting the spirits of retailers nationwide and looks to provide a more holistic and optimistic approach to retail in Australia. Paul has had a successful and diverse career with a key focus on entrepreneurship and start-ups, mainly in retail and technology. His career includes directorships in commercial enterprises and charities, and investment in start-ups.
Corinne is NORA's General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association, bringing together member services, partnership opportunities, and events. Corinne is an experienced association leader, having been the General Manager of AIMIA (The Digital Industry Association of Australia) as well as GM Conferences and Events for Hanover Fairs Australia.

Bianca is NORA’s Head of Operations and Marketing. She is responsible to grow the NORA retail community, expand the network of retailers and strategic vendor relationships, as well as overall marketing management.
Bianca is a very passionate and result focused B2B marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry across the APAC region. She was previously Senior Marketing Manager for NetSuite (Oracle) and has a strong background in lead generation, marketing strategy & management, as well as channel partner marketing and sponsorship management.
Brittany is NORA's Marketing and Events Co-ordinator. Having recently completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing, Brittany has developed a strong interest for marketing.
Sarah is responsible for all partnership and membership opportunities at NORA. With over 8 years experience in sales and sponsorship within the IT and Australian Designer space, Sarah works closely with NORA partners and members to help facilitate and promote collaboration and dialog in New Retail.
Teresa is NORA's Digital Content Manager. She has fifteen years experience in corporate marketing communications, and a passion for graphic design and brand identity. Teresa has worked in communications for Nielsen and Schneider Electric, and provided contracting services to a number of clients including Lend Lease and Xstrata Mining.
Kamyl brings with her a degree in Business Administration and 3 years of experience in the retail and real estate industry. Having been the executive assistant for Paul and Corinne, she provides administrative support to the team. She is passionate about delivering great results in whatever she does.
Jo is a professional executive manager and strategist with extensive experience in small business management across logistics and supply chain, industry associations, online retail, and education. Jo’s experience includes heading up the Logistics Association of Australia for 9 years, research projects and marketing strategies for Blacktown Council, IMRG, Paperless Warehousing Group and Supply Chain School; and more recently board portfolio work with Australia Post and NORA. Jo has a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University and is currently studying Applied Finance at Macquarie University.
