Last year, Australia Post saw the resumption of face-to-face activities and the reopening of physical retail. A record $353(1) billion was spent on retail in 2022, with almost 1 in 5 of these sales occurring online.
While some retailers may be shifting their 2023 strategies in preparation for economic headwinds, Australia Post’s 10-year outlook for Australian eCommerce presents opportunities aplenty, with growth expected to surge over the long-term.
