An industry expert on fraud trends, credit card monitoring programs and consumer buying patterns. Mike is one of our great ReD Shield customers that has worked with ACI to implement ReD in several of the organizations where he has turned around their fraud prevention practices including Sony Network Entertainment, Newegg and PaySafe. He is currently the Fraud Prevention Manager at AXS.com, a leading online ticket company, and is a frequent speaker and recognized global fraud prevention expert at conferences and peer meetings around the world.

Giselle’s 18+ year career in financial crime has spanned the public sector, banking and insurance sectors. Giselle has held senior roles in fraud operations and analytics functions for various institutions in Australia. Most recently Giselle established a fraud detection and analytics bureau for a Processor and managed this service successfully along with its credit and merchant’s fraud risks.
Giselle's has a postgraduate qualification in Criminal Intelligence, has held a board position with the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers, and has been a member of the Australasian Card Risk Council, APCA Fraud Committee and Fraud in Banking Forum. When not fighting crime, Giselle enjoys having time on her family’s farm.
