As the Senior Director for Salesforce Retail Industry Go-to-Market Strategy, Dwight influences the solution roadmap, industry marketing, and partnerships in the retail ecosystem within Salesforce.

James is Regional Director Customer Success & Retail Practice for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the leader of enterprise cloud commerce solutions. He works with leading global retailers to navigate and innovate within the complex, consumer-driven world. With over 16 years of online experience, James’s appetite for omnichannel strategy and optimisation to improve the customer experience is unabated.

Paul is the founder of the NORA Network, a peak retail body established around four years ago. Prior to that he was the co-founder of DealsDirect, a pioneer online retailer in Australia. Paul has had an entrepreneurial/retail related career spanning nearly four decades. He is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organizational psychology. Outside of his NORA role, Paul holds a portfolio of advisory and investment roles, including in dynamic retail tech businesses like Afterpay.
