Kate joined the business in 2009 and prior to leading the business in APAC she managed Bazaarvoice’s Client Success team and worked out of Bazaarvoice’s London offices consulting leading U.K retailers on best in class user generated content strategies. Kate is passionate about seeing brands and retailers successfully adopt new technologies to drive real business success. She has over 15 years’ experience of the SaaS and online technology sector having previously worked in account management, business development, consulting and leadership roles at Melbourne IT, Nedstat (part of comScore) and Virgin Media.

Luke leads all digital functions, including digital marketing, eCommerce and digital product enhancements for Cellarmasters - an Australian direct to consumer wine retailer. His team is responsible for bringing the brand stories of exclusive Cellarmasters products to life online, optimising online sales conversion and keeping customer experience at the centre of everything they do. Prior to Cellarmasters, Luke has spent the last 12 years holding marketing and digital leadership roles across the sport, entertainment and digital publishing industries. Outside of work, Luke spends most of his time crouched down in cubby houses and in blow-up pools playing with his 3 kids.
