PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO RETAILERS.
NORA in partnership with Netsuite is pleased to invite you to an exclusive lunch and conversation as we dissect the rapidly changing landscape in Australian retail and take a deep dive into the following topics:
1. Cross-Border Trade
There has never been a better time for retailers to send their products out into the world. But for many, this exciting opportunity can also be a scary proposition. We’ll outline how, through meticulous planning and careful consideration, your organisation can realise the full potential of globalisation.
This direct-to-consumer model has been disrupting the eCommerce world for the past couple of years. What does disintermediation mean for the future of retail and how has it redefined the way organisations like Apple and Nike do business? We’ll discuss the challenges facing vertically integrated retailers as well as the success stories that prove this model is worthwhile.
3. Technology Debt in Retail
Technological debt often comes from organisations making technology decisions and investments with a short term view. It is vital business owners take a step back and create a strategic long-term plan across all their technology and process platforms. We’ll offer some helpful pointers to get you on the right path.
