Diversity and inclusion are now considered CEO-level issues, however many companies are still finding them challenging. Companies with inclusive talent practices generate up to 30% higher revenue per employee and greater profitability than their competitors with a recent study finding that retailers, in particular, with engaged and diverse units see close to 50% higher increase in comparable revenue.

Gain insights from case studies about what is needed to be successful, from a focus on experiential learning and process change, to data-driven tools, transparency and accountability.

Come along to a breakfast with your peers and hear about:

  • The six traits of an inclusive leader
  • Recognising and removing unconscious and explicit bias
  • Moving beyond demographic and social identities to diversity of thought.
