Paul has had an entrepreneurial/retail related career spanning nearly four decades. He is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organisational psychology. Outside of his NORA role, Paul holds a portfolio of advisory and investment roles, including in dynamic retail tech businesses like Afterpay.
