Jeff is responsible for all operations and support services performed in Manila. Paul is the founder of the NORA Network, a peak retail body established around four years ago. Prior to that he was the co-founder of DealsDirect, a pioneer online retailer in Australia. Paul has had an entrepreneurial/retail related career spanning nearly four decades. He is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organizational psychology.
