The commerce journey is increasingly occurring across multiple channels, and shoppers now prefer to spend their money with retailers who can offer them a seamless, personalised and consistent experience.
Focusing on this end-to-end customer journey and carefully crafting your multi-channel strategy is what will set you apart from your competitors.
Please join NORA, Deloitte, and Sitecore for an executive lunch where we’ll discuss:
- How customers–rather than businesses–are driving the pace of change.
- Why your website is more than just an online shopping cart.
- How to overcome the main barriers of integration and cost.
- How companies like Blackmores have successfully implemented a multi-channel approach and seen their revenue soar.
