Anna is the GM for Digital and Loyalty for PAS Group, one of Australia’s leading fashion apparel groups, with over 20 years of experience. She is responsible for the development of the company’s digital strategy, highly successful customer loyalty programs and establishing new strategic partnerships across the company’s four omni-channel brands: Review, Jet’s Swimwear, Black Pepper and Yarra Trail.
Anna is passionate, driven leader whose expertise in implementing and managing digital solutions and initiatives has been a major contribution in shaping the consumers experience whilst on the group’s digital platforms.
Anna’s digital strategy has successfully improved the PAS Group’s ability to personalise engagement with consumers through the deployment of marketing cloud technology, opening up a wealth of customer behavioural and activity data allowing its brands to better target customers, resulting in significant revenue growth as well as customer advocacy.
CEO and Co-Founder of Temple & Webster
Mark is CEO and Co-founder of Temple & Webster, a listed entity and Australia's largest online retailer of furniture and homewares. He is also a co-founder of ParcelPoint, Australia's largest pick up / drop off parcel network for online retailers; and a co-founder and director of Fluent Commerce, an enterprise software company helping offline retailers use their stores to compete online.
Previously he worked at News Limited where he was Director of Strategy for the Digital Media properties, and managed a portfolio of businesses including Moshtix, the digital ticketing company.
Mark was also a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Sydney and was a founding director of the National Online Retailers Association (NORA).

Mark is the Chief Digital Officer of Accent Group Ltd, Australia’s largest footwear retailer with over 440 stores across Australia and New Zealand. Mark has extensive experience in a variety of retail disciplines including Merchandise, Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and Omni-channel retail.
He has developed a reputation as a change agent, leading several high-profile change management and strategic projecs at Accent Group through digitising the organisation and re-imagining retail. He is also responsible for the Group Digital Strategy and execution for nine retail and wholesale brands including, The Athlete’s Foot, Platypus, HypeDC, Skechers, Vans, Timberland, Merrell, Sperry, Saucony & CAT.
Mark holds a Masters of Management and MBA from MGSM, and is a non-executive director of not-for-profit board.
