PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO RETAILERS ONLY
NORA, in partnership with Satellite Office, is pleased to invite you for dinner as we talk about the hotly debated topic of offshoring. Specifically, we’ll take a deep dive into these areas:
1. Depth and breadth of talent
Access a more diverse range of skillsets and larger talent pools than those available in Australia, including a large number of candidates very experienced in Australian B2B and B2C roles.
2. Lower staff turnover
Lower paid roles such as those in customer service are often seen as stepping stones by the Australian workforce. In contrast, many customer service professionals in the Philippines see these roles as attractive career paths and have higher retention rates.
3. The positive impact on your current team members
Offshoring frees local staff to focus on higher value activities, improving their overall
contribution to the business and allowing them greater growth and experience.
4. Setting up for success
There are many aspects to setting up an offshore team for success that can maximise the performance of any team. These include securing the best talent for any given role, providing a premium office environment with high-grade technology investment, ensuring adequate training and on-boarding, building the best team structure and leadership, and creating an inclusive and productive culture for your team.
With its fast-growing economy and a culture profoundly influenced by the West, the Philippines is a global leader in offshoring. Annually, it produces over 640,000+ high-quality graduates with wide ranging skills and is the 3rd highest English speaking nation world-wide.
