WEDNESDAY 10 OCTOBER, 11.00AM–11:45AM
We are in an era of retention based retailing. As the cost of acquiring new customers continues to rise, it’s never been more important to reduce repurchasing barriers.
With 74% of shoppers demanding free shipping; 53% seeking simple and transparent returns processes; 52% demanding better customer service and 49% requesting faster shipping options; this webinar will focus on why customers buy today, and the critical role shipping plays in the retention process.
With increasing pressure being placed on business owners to meet the rising demands of shoppers, getting logistics right remains the key to eCommerce and omni-channel success.
Join Shippit and General Pants Co to see how you can improve customer satisfaction and retention by literally delivering what shoppers want. Topics will include:
· Why shipping is becoming the leading driver of repurchase intent
· How transparent tracking reduces the load on customer service
· Why bad delivery experiences are killing your customer retention rate
· Using the delivery journey to unify your customer experience
