Anna is the GM for Digital and Loyalty for PAS Group, one of Australia’s leading fashion apparel groups, with over 20 years of experience. She is responsible for the development of the company’s digital and loyalty strategies, and establishing new strategic partnerships across the company’s omni-channel brands: Review, Jet’s Swimwear, Black Pepper, Yarra Trail, Marco Polo, Bondi Bather and B.O.D by Rachel Finch. Anna is passionate, driven leader whose expertise in implementing and managing digital solutions and initiatives has been a major contribution in shaping the consumers experience whilst on the group’s digital platforms. Anna’s digital strategy has successfully improved the PAS Group’s ability to personalise engagement with consumers through the deployment of marketing cloud technology, opening up a wealth of customer behavioural and activity data allowing its brands to better target customers, resulting in significant revenue growth as well as customer advocacy.


Jen Geale is co-founder and General Manager of MTB Direct, Australia’s largest retailer of parts, clothing and accessories for mountain biking. The business has been consistently recognised for its rapid and sustained growth, as well as successful marketing and customer service initiatives, through programs such as the Telstra Business Awards, Deloitte Tech Fast 50 and AFR Fast 100. Jen was recognised as one of the Top 50 People in Ecommerce in Australia in 2018. The business is entirely remote, with Jen based on the Gold Coast and all customer service, marketing, administrative and tech team members working from home all across Australia.


Peter has extensive experience in IT, Digital and the implementation and growth of ecommerce channels, along with a proven track record of successful implementations across all areas of the business. He has held pivotal roles at Gazal, APG & Co and now hasthe role of Head of Digital Technology & Innovation for The Retail Apparel Group, home to the well known menswear brands Tarocash, yd, Johnny Bigg and Connor and women's activewear brand, Rockwear and most recently launched a new jewellery brand, AmericanSwiss. Having completed the process of re-platforming to Magento 2 for all brands to allow more functionality, greater user experience and to bridge the gap between offline and online channels, he was awarded the B2C Growth Award at Imagine 2018. Other Digital transformation projects underway include – RFID, Endless aisle, personalisation, predictive analysis, AI, and automated marketing to name a few. All with the aim to maximise the customer experience for all brands.Peter travels internationally on a regular basis to keep abreast of emerging technologies, digital and retail best practice, and is currently a member of the Customer Advisory Panel for Magento, Australia Post, Return Path, and Fusion Factory.



Bryan Eisenberg is an internationally recognised authority and pioneer in online marketing, improving conversion rates, persuasive content and persona marketing, and helping organisations improve their customer experiences. Bryan has been recognised by eConsultancy members as one of the top 10 User Experience Gurus, by LinkedIn as a Retail Influencer and he is also an IBM Futurist. He was selected as one of the inaugural iMedia Top 25 Marketers, and a Marketing Edge Rising Star Award winner. Bryan has been a featured expert in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times and has been quoted in many other publications for his thought leadership in the critical areas of internet marketing and improving online conversion rates. Bryan is a professional keynote speaker and also hosts the Business Travel Hacks podcast.

Costa is the Co-Founder of Designerex, the world's largest peer-to-peer designer dress sharing platform. The wildly successful marketplace was launched in 2016, quickly growing from zero to over 12,000 dress listings and is disrupting the fashion and retail landscape.
