Why Are We Running This Webinar?
Customers now enjoy seamless, contextual interactions from the likes of Netflix, Airbnb, Tinder, Instagram and Uber. These digital innovations are continuously redefining the service levels that customers expect and to keep pace, retailers must create truly frictionless opportunities to browse, compare and purchase online.
As we realise the need to move away from our over-reliance on email, we need to also create higher levels of engagement through on-site personalisation and take serious in-roads toward true digital transformation. As daunting as this sounds, some retailers are taking the challenge head-on and realising it is not impossible.
This webinar will explore:
Stand Out During Massive Sales: How to be top of mind during insane competition
Engaging Customer 2020: The fundamental shifts needed to stay front of mind
Implementing Purposeful Personalisation: How, when and why to tailor your offerings
Reducing Reliance on Email: Uncovering new channels to reach customers
Achieving Sensational Segmentation: It’s so surprisingly easy
