Acquiring and retaining your customers is a vital part of succeeding in retail in this day and age. The ever-present threat of competition means it's important for retailers to provide offerings that will influence their customers' loyalty to the brand/store.
NORA invites you for breakfast and conversation with four fast-growing Australian retailers who are all doing different things within the retail space to successfully acquire and retain their customer base.
Come and hear about:
- Creating innovative products/ideas that other retailers haven’t tapped into yet. Thinking about real life problems and the opportunities to fill those gaps in the market.
- Creating brand loyalty. What are the strategies that keep consumers loyal to your brand? How to create an iconic brand that will stand the test of time.
- Creating a business for reasons other than profit. How to put your values into your brand and give back to the community.
- Creating brand urgency through unique selling models.
