Paul Greenberg
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Paul Greenberg is an entrepreneur, cheerleader of New Retail, and a top 50 online retail expert with over 35 years’ experience in retail, technology and entrepreneurship. He is also a registered psychologist with a keen interest in consumer psychology. Paul is highly regarded as the ‘pioneer of online retail in Australia’, having co-founded DealsDirect.com.au in 2004, which grew to become the single largest online retailer in Australia. After the business was sold to private equity, he went on to establish NORA, a leading not -for-profit retail association. As the founder and Executive Director of NORA, Paul is widely regarded as an industry expert known for his clarity of thought making him a much sought after speaker at industry events. He is passionate about uplifting the spirits of retailers nationwide and looks to provide a more holistic and optimistic approach to retail in Australia. Paul has had a successful and diverse career with a key focus on entrepreneurship and start-ups, mainly in retail and technology. His career includes directorships in commercial enterprises and charities, and investment in start-ups.

Corinne Franks
GENERAL MANAGER

Corinne is NORA's General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association, bringing together member services, partnership opportunities, and events. Corinne is an experienced association leader, having been the General Manager of AIMIA (The Digital Industry Association of Australia) as well as GM Conferences and Events for Hanover Fairs Australia. 

 

 

 


Brittany Frankland
MARKETING AND EVENTS  MANAGER

Brittany is NORA's Marketing and Events Manager, she is responsible for the execution and management of NORA's rate card events as well as all of NORA's Marketing activities. Having recently completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing, Brittany has developed a strong interest for marketing.

Katie Derrett
HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Katie  is NORA's Head of Production. She started her production journey at The Economist magazine in London, managing the development of an international series of C-Suite summits. This led to management of the events team at 'EMAP' for Retail Week magazine, and Drapers Bizarre. More recently Katie moved to Australia and led the production of The Retail Fulfilment Summit and Awards for Akolade, and has since joined NORA to continue to produce influential events for the industry.

Kamyl is NORA's Social Media Manager and has been the Executive Assistant of Paul and Corinne, she provides administrative support to the team. She brings with her a degree in Business Administration and 3 years of experience in the retail and real estate industry. She is passionate about delivering great results in whatever she does.

Gienelyn David
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Gienelyn is NORA's Office Admin and an Executive Assistant to Paula Guzmán. She has a degree holder in Business Administration with 4 years of administrative experience. She . She is dedicated and focused on her administrative tasks, and excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously, and following through to achieve project goals. She is also flexible and hardworking with a strong drive to succeed.

Jessica is NORA's Marketing and Events Assistant. She also helps in managing the database, EDMs, and graphic designs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accountancy. She brings over 3 years career in hospitality industry, 2 years of administrative experience with expertise in data management and 3 years customer service.

Kristine Bansil
MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

Kristine is NORA's Membership Manager. She makes sure that all information brought in to the company are organized and correct. With 7 years of Customer Service Expertise and more than 3 years as an Administrative Supervisor in a Toll Collection Services company, she definitely is an asset to the company. She holds an Associate Degree in Computer System Design and Programming.
