Refund and Returns Policy
Event Return Policy
Refunds:
Event Cancellation:
If the event is canceled by the event organizer, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any booking fees or other applicable charges.
Event Postponement:
If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be automatically valid for the new date, and no refund will be issued.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organiser (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), a partial refund of 90% of the ticket price (excluding booking fees) may be offered if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
No Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made by the ticket holder, or for any reason other than those outlined above.
Cancellations and Transfers:
Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the event, you may cancel your ticket and request a refund within 5 days of purchase, excluding booking fees.
Transfers:
You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting the event organiser with the original ticket details and the new ticket holder’s information.
Additional Notes:
Booking Fees:
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Tickets:
Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced, and no refunds will be issued.

Membership Return Policy
We value your membership and strive to provide a positive experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your membership. Here’s our policy:
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your membership within 2 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available, but we may offer a prorated refund for unused portions of the membership period.
Refunds:
If you cancel within the 2 day period, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee. If you cancel after this period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of your membership.

Exceptions:
This policy does not apply to memberships purchased as part of a special offer or promotional event, which may have different terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable:
Membership fees are non-refundable if you have used your membership benefits or accessed the content.
